Simply add the desired amount to any drink and stir. This product is unflavoured but not flavourless. If you took 1 serving size (20 drops) and added it to 500ml of water, you should expect a slightly bitter, mineral water type taste but if you’re mixing it into a tea, coffee, fruit juice or a protein shake for example you should have little to no change in taste.
